How the Sliding Fee Works

  2. Provide proof of household size and income (e.g., pay stub, tax return, or benefits letter).

  3. CCS will review your application promptly and confirm your fee tier.

  4. Discounts apply to eligible services and are reviewed annually.

What to Have Ready

  • Proof of income (most recent pay stub, prior-year tax return, or benefits letter)

  • Household size documentation
