Therapy isn't about feeling better in the moment - it's about creating growth that lasts for the foreseeable future. I believe that true growth begins when we allow ourselves to be comfortable with being uncomfortable. I encourage my clients to lean into the discomfort, not because it's easy, but because it's where the real transformation begins. Together, we'll explore what's beneath the surface, challenge unhelpful patterns, and find news ways of relating to yourself and others. And in the end, that discomfort can turn into strength, resilience, and a new outlook on your life. My goal is to create a safe environment where you feel supported, understood and empowered to grow.


I work with children, families, couples, and adults who are navigating life's challenges and looking for meaningful change. In our work together, you'll find me to be warm, engaged, and collaborative. I don't just sit back and listen, I actively join you in the process. I utilize various modalities of therapy, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt, Psychodynamic, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I hope that my experience and approaches to therapy can create sessions that will be both practical and effective for you.
