I offer a safe space for unwinding and exploring life. In a world that often lacks safe havens, I help navigate conflicts and struggles by connecting past experiences with present challenges. My expertise stems from working in K-12 school districts, particularly with children and adolescents facing trauma and life adjustments, including those with disabilities and mental health issues.

I collaborate with clients to meet them where they are, fostering healing and progress. I work with individuals of all ages, from children to adults. Modalities I specialize in cover coping skills for trauma, anxiety, anger, depression, social skills, confidence building, meditation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy.

My educational journey includes an associate degree in psychology from Chaffey College, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State San Bernardino, and a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University. Currently, I practice as an associate marriage and family therapist on the path to becoming a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

When you're ready to embark on your healing journey, I'm here to provide a non-judgmental space for discussing challenging topics, offering support that may be hard to find elsewhere.
